With a couple of smart ball manuevers Diogenis Kosmoulis in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Andreas Renieris saved Spyros FC from getting behind. In the 13th minute Sokratis Traganos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andreas Renieris saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 16 minutes, Diogenis Kosmoulis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aris kavalas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Diogenis Kosmoulis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Andreas Renieris showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diogenis Kosmoulis, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. The supporters of Aris kavalas booed when Spyros FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniil Ntonas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sokratis Traganos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andreas Renieris having to interfere. Petros Samaras kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Diogenis Kosmoulis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nasos Rogas missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 30 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Fondas Agapoulis right hand side. 33 minutes into the match, Aris kavalas's goal looked a bit too open when Miltiadis Papanastasis came free, but Fondas Agapoulis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fondas Agapoulis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Miltiadis Papanastasis in the 43rd minute. If Sokratis Traganos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Diogenis Kosmoulis to strike the kick off in the second half. Sokratis Traganos came free with the goalkeeper in the 52nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Andreas Renieris could save by the left post. In the 53rd minute, Diogenis Kosmoulis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Andreas Renieris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diogenis Kosmoulis in the 63rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Spyros FC's Daniil Ntonas got a free kick in the 64th minute. The supporters of Aris kavalas booed when Spyros FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniil Ntonas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Miltiadis Papanastasis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fondas Agapoulis having to make a save. In the 80th minute, Panagiotis Lineos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fanis Sarafidis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Aris kavalas's Sokratis Traganos got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Spyros FC's zone, Diogenis Kosmoulis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andreas Renieris came out of the goal and Diogenis Kosmoulis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 93rd minute, Sokratis Traganos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Spyros FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
