Spectators: 7369 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1769, VIP seats: 100) Liverpool Gr's Zinon Papandreou played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stratos Bakiris in the 3rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stratos Bakiris in the 7th minute of play forced Liverpool Gr's goalkeeper Zinon Papandreou to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 8 minutes, Grigoris Karageorgopoulos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Iraklis's supporters crossed their fingers, but Grigoris Karageorgopoulos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Vlassis Mazonakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Grigoris Karageorgopoulos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zinon Papandreou read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Dimitris Sardinis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thodoris Kokkosalis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 29th minute Stratos Bakiris shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zinon Papandreou saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Grigoris Karageorgopoulos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 32nd minute, Dimitris Sardinis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Liverpool Gr's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Stratos Bakiris 42 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-1. Thodoris Kokkosalis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vlassis Mazonakis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Vlassis Mazonakis came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Liverpool Gr fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vlassis Mazonakis couldn't finish the play. Zinon Papandreou showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stratos Bakiris in the 62nd minute of the match. Grigoris Karageorgopoulos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Zinon Papandreou tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Stratos Bakiris had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 71stth minute of the game Grigoris Karageorgopoulos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Liverpool Gr's Zinon Papandreou was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 75 minutes in the game, Vlassis Mazonakis fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Stefanos Asimakopoulos having to interfere. Grigoris Karageorgopoulos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zinon Papandreou having to interfere. After 82 played minutes Vlassis Mazonakis rounded Iraklis's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-2. Thodoris Kokkosalis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vlassis Mazonakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stefanos Asimakopoulos having to interfere.
