In the 5th minute of the match, Fondas Kezdoglou got a very nice opportunity to score, but Dionysis Stamatakos was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 6th minute Telis Thomopoulos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dionysis Stamatakos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 11 minutes into the match, ΠΡΟΠΟΝΤΙΣ Ν.ΜΑΡΜΑΡΑ's goal looked a bit too open when Zisis Lilis came free, but Dimitris Spazopodis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dimitris Spazopodis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kyriakos Kanetis in the 12th minute of the match. Zisis Lilis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dimitris Spazopodis having to make a save. Dimitris Spazopodis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zisis Lilis's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. TALIOURIDES's Dionysis Stamatakos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Telis Thomopoulos in the 20th minute of play. If Fondas Kezdoglou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 23 minutes into the match, TALIOURIDES's Kyriakos Kanetis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dimitris Spazopodis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kyriakos Kanetis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Dimitris Spazopodis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to ΠΡΟΠΟΝΤΙΣ Ν.ΜΑΡΜΑΡΑ getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Giannis Stavrakoglou hit a great ball. Kyriakos Kanetis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dimitris Spazopodis having to make a save. Dimitris Spazopodis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zisis Lilis's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind ΠΡΟΠΟΝΤΙΣ Ν.ΜΑΡΜΑΡΑ's goalkeeper Dimitris Spazopodis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Zisis Lilis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Zisis Lilis made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zisis Lilis in the 51st minute of play forced ΠΡΟΠΟΝΤΙΣ Ν.ΜΑΡΜΑΡΑ's goalkeeper Dimitris Spazopodis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 52 minutes into the match, ΠΡΟΠΟΝΤΙΣ Ν.ΜΑΡΜΑΡΑ's goalkeeper Dimitris Spazopodis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kyriakos Kanetis. Kyriakos Kanetis's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Dimitris Spazopodis firmly grabbed it by the left post. A hard shot 59 in the game by Kyriakos Kanetis from a close distance when the talented Dimitris Spazopodis managed to make a qualified save. ΠΡΟΠΟΝΤΙΣ Ν.ΜΑΡΜΑΡΑ's players were relieved. If Kyriakos Kanetis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Dimitris Spazopodis managed to avoid a goal in the 68thth minute, when TALIOURIDES's Kyriakos Kanetis fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The supporters of ΠΡΟΠΟΝΤΙΣ Ν.ΜΑΡΜΑΡΑ booed when TALIOURIDES was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nikolas Stratigos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Manos Kolliopoulos took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 85th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dionysis Stamatakos. TALIOURIDES's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. ΠΡΟΠΟΝΤΙΣ Ν.ΜΑΡΜΑΡΑ's Dimitris Spazopodis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save ΠΡΟΠΟΝΤΙΣ Ν.ΜΑΡΜΑΡΑ from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in ΠΡΟΠΟΝΤΙΣ Ν.ΜΑΡΜΑΡΑ's zone, Zisis Lilis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dimitris Spazopodis came out of the goal and Zisis Lilis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. TALIOURIDES were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
