The audience was convinced that Theofanis Kallas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vaios Trigonakis was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. Vaios Trigonakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nikiforos Tirogalos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Partalia's Nikiforos Tirogalos got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Partalia's Giannis Tzevelekos got a free kick in the 35th minute. In the 39th minute Anthimos Charalambidis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonis Kakouris saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antonis Kakouris showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anthimos Charalambidis, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Tolis Konstantellos was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 75th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Vaios Trigonakis made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Nikiforos Tirogalos sent off a good shot on target. In the 79th match minute, Partalia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tolis Konstantellos to maneuver through the defense. Antonis Kakouris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Babbis Giannoglou in the 81st minute of play. Vaios Trigonakis made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Nikiforos Tirogalos sent off a good shot on target. In the 86th match minute, A.O. Kavalas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vaios Kostenoglou to maneuver through the defense. Anthimos Charalambidis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Antonis Kakouris tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 94 minutes of play, A.O. Kavalas's Babbis Giannoglou made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Antonis Kakouris was left in no man's land by his defense there! The A.O. Kavalas supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Partalia's performance. The match ended with a win for Partalia.
