The referee gave ΑΓΣ Βυζας a penalty, 6 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Fivos Tanalidis, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of ΠΡΟΠΟΝΤΙΣ Ν.ΜΑΡΜΑΡΑ's Dimitris Spazopodis. 0-1. A collision led to ΑΓΣ Βυζας getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Manolis Koronios hit a great ball. In the 11th match minute, ΠΡΟΠΟΝΤΙΣ Ν.ΜΑΡΜΑΡΑ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Apostolikas Chatzigeorgiou to maneuver through the defense. Giorgos Pagonakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dimitris Spazopodis having to interfere. In the 21stth minute of the game Telis Thomopoulos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ΑΓΣ Βυζας's Trifon Telakos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. ΠΡΟΠΟΝΤΙΣ Ν.ΜΑΡΜΑΡΑ's Fondas Kezdoglou got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aris Efthimiou recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Aris Efthimiou managed to get in a good position for a shot. ΑΓΣ Βυζας's supporters rose to their feet, but Aris Efthimiou was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dimitris Spazopodis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Telis Thomopoulos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Giorgos Pagonakis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Telis Thomopoulos in the 51st minute of play forced ΑΓΣ Βυζας's goalkeeper Trifon Telakos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 52 played minutes ΑΓΣ Βυζας got a freekick which was hit by Manolis Koronios. After some careless play in the ΑΓΣ Βυζας defense, Telis Thomopoulos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Trifon Telakos. The ΑΓΣ Βυζας fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Trifon Telakos should have stopped the shot. In the 62nd minute, Giorgos Pagonakis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Aris Efthimiou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 66 minutes into the match, ΠΡΟΠΟΝΤΙΣ Ν.ΜΑΡΜΑΡΑ's goal looked a bit too open when Giorgos Pagonakis came free, but Dimitris Spazopodis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd minute, Giannis Stavrakoglou hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aris Efthimiou could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Dimitris Spazopodis made a huge save. ΠΡΟΠΟΝΤΙΣ Ν.ΜΑΡΜΑΡΑ succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though ΑΓΣ Βυζας had controlled the match.
