Panιrion's Konstantinos Thomakis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Panιrion from getting a goal against them. Iraklis Vasiliou struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Konstantinos Thomakis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bνsia FC. After a rather tough play, Bνsia FC's Emmanouil Asimiadis got a free kick in the 18th minute. Isidoros Koulos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Bνsia FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Emmanouil Asimiadis hit a great ball. Christos Sarris might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gerasimos Salepis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Christos Sarris ran back to his position shaking his head. Christos Sarris sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sokratis Samaratos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Isidoros Koulos to make the kick off. If Christos Sarris had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ermis Karaliopoulos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Konstantinos Thomakis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Panιrion's Fivos Adamoulis got a free kick in the 57th minute. Isidoros Antonopoulos took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 58th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Konstantinos Thomakis. Panιrion's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 59 minutes into the match, Bνsia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Isidoros Koulos came free, but Gerasimos Salepis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 60 played minutes Bνsia FC got a freekick which was hit by Emmanouil Asimiadis. Bνsia FC's Gerasimos Salepis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidoros Koulos in the 61st minute of play. Ermis Karaliopoulos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Konstantinos Thomakis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 65th minute, Iraklis Vasiliou got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Konstantinos Thomakis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ermis Karaliopoulos's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. The supporters of Bνsia FC booed when Panιrion was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sokratis Samaratos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Iraklis Vasiliou sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Christos Sarris had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Isidoros Koulos kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gerasimos Salepis. That made the score 1-1 in the 81 minute of play. Christos Sarris fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerasimos Salepis having to interfere.
