Spectators: 6778 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1778, VIP seats: 0) Thomas Chatzoulis started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When the match had been going on for 5 minutes, Skνathos BC's Christos Pavlakoglou got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Valerios Koubaroulis. In the 9th minute, Thomas Chatzoulis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pavlos Meletopoulos was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Viktoras Tsirogiannis in the 13th minute of play forced Yellow Blackers's goalkeeper Valerios Koubaroulis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 16 played minutes Skνathos BC got a freekick which was hit by Grigoris Tzanetoulatos. Pavlos Meletopoulos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thomas Chatzoulis in the 19th minute of play. Apostolos Pedoulakis hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Marios Loubadiaris received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Valerios Koubaroulis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marios Loubadiaris scored 2-1 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Valerios Koubaroulis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Marios Loubadiaris sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 40th match minute, Yellow Blackers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iraklis Mikedis to maneuver through the defense. Viktoras Tsirogiannis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Valerios Koubaroulis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dimitris Tsardikos hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. In the 47th minute, Themis Karkantos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Skνathos BC's Marios Loubadiaris got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Viktoras Tsirogiannis made a kick off. If Thomas Chatzoulis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thomas Chatzoulis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pavlos Meletopoulos having to interfere. If Zisis Malliaros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 64th minute Thomas Chatzoulis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pavlos Meletopoulos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zisis Malliaros's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 66thth minute, Pavlos Meletopoulos skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 66th minute, Aris Palavakis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Zisis Malliaros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thomas Chatzoulis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Pavlos Meletopoulos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pavlos Meletopoulos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thomas Chatzoulis in the 77th minute of play. In the 79thth minute of the game Viktoras Tsirogiannis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Yellow Blackers's Valerios Koubaroulis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 83rd minute of the match Christos Pavlakoglou shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Valerios Koubaroulis showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Zisis Malliaros came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Yellow Blackers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zisis Malliaros couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Yellow Blackers booed when Skνathos BC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Apostolos Pedoulakis didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 93rd minute, Dorotheos Naskos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thomas Chatzoulis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pavlos Meletopoulos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. Yellow Blackers's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
