Spectators: 6769 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1769, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Kleanthis Karabelopoulos kicked off to start the match. In the 2nd match minute, Skafνdhi FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kleanthis Karabelopoulos to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Menios Xanthatos in the 4th minute of play forced Skafνdhi FC's goalkeeper Stathis Seremetidis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 6 minutes, Anastasios Liolidis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Anka FC and the Skafνdhi FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Anka FC were furious when Andreas Dimakoglou was red carded, 9 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 8 minutes into the game, one of Anka FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 11 minutes, Skafνdhi FC's Antonis Psaridis got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Charalambos Telemes. After 15 played minutes Skafνdhi FC got a freekick which was hit by Valerios Kasnakidis. 19 minutes in the game, Stathis Pagonakis fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Charalambos Telemes having to interfere. Antonis Psaridis made in the 22nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Anka FC's Ignatios Evaggelliou. Nikos Katsikopodaros's late challenge caught a Anka FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nikos Katsikopodaros helped the player get up and apologised. Kleanthis Karabelopoulos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 41st minute, Ignatios Evaggelliou hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anastasios Marinos took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 43rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Charalambos Telemes. Anka FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Anka FC's Charalambos Telemes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kleanthis Karabelopoulos in the 49th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when Anastasios Liolidis made the kick off in the second half. Stathis Pagonakis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Charalambos Telemes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Anka FC's Paris Gaitanopoulos got a free kick in the 57th minute. In the 58th minute of the match Antonis Psaridis shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Charalambos Telemes showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 59 minutes, Stathis Seremetidis successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Menios Leras sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
