Ilias Kaligeros came out and tried to block the shot, but Sotos Patsavouras slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 28th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Manos Serelis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Panerythraikos AO's supporters rose to their feet, but Manos Serelis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ilias Kaligeros breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Sotos Patsavouras came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Panerythraikos AO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sotos Patsavouras couldn't finish the play. Manos Serelis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Ilias Kaligeros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Chatziantoniou Vlachogiannis made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Panerythraikos AO's zone, Chatziantoniou Vlachogiannis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eutichios Potamianos came out of the goal and Chatziantoniou Vlachogiannis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 56th minute, Chatziantoniou Vlachogiannis fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Vaggelis Kalafatidis's late challenge caught a Panerythraikos AO's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vaggelis Kalafatidis helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Dhragotina fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 60th minute. Penalty! 76 minutes into the match, Vassilis Kastakis notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Panerythraikos AO's Eutichios Potamianos. Eutichios Potamianos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vassilis Kastakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eutichios Potamianos having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Chatziantoniou Vlachogiannis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dhragotina's supporters rose to their feet, but Chatziantoniou Vlachogiannis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eutichios Potamianos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Giannis Frantzeskos kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. After 85 played minutes Panerythraikos AO got a freekick which was hit by Eustratios Soufridis. After a rather tough play, Panerythraikos AO's Sotos Patsavouras got a free kick in the 90th minute. In the 97th minute, Chatziantoniou Vlachogiannis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Panerythraikos AO's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
