If Iraklis Piperoglou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 41 minutes, Iraklis Piperoglou managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stratos Kalifoulis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 93 minutes into the match, Vlassis Daniil sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Stratos Kalifoulis threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Vlassis Daniil this time. Vaggelis Kourouklis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Zacharias Savouridis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Xerólakkos had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
