Xerólakkos's defense didn't have a chance, in the 10th minute, when Eutichios Papadamoulis scored to the left of an out of position Zacharias Savouridis, making the score, 1-0. Xerocabos F.C.'s Alexis Malezas got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zacharias Savouridis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eutichios Papadamoulis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Xerólakkos defense, Alexis Malezas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zacharias Savouridis. The Xerólakkos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zacharias Savouridis should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Iraklis Piperoglou managed to get in a good position for a shot. Xerólakkos's supporters rose to their feet, but Iraklis Piperoglou was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Trifon Peridis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Xerocabos F.C.'s Trifon Peridis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iraklis Piperoglou in the 28th minute of play. Vlassis Sapanis kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Alexis Malezas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zacharias Savouridis having to interfere. Eutichios Papadamoulis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 42 played minutes, Xerocabos F.C.'s Vassilis Viglas shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Zacharias Savouridis came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Xerocabos F.C. reached it. Alexis Malezas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Zacharias Savouridis made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Alexis Malezas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Xerocabos F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Alexis Malezas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zacharias Savouridis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eutichios Papadamoulis made a kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Xerocabos F.C.'s Eutichios Papadamoulis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zacharias Savouridis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. In the 58th minute, Paris Lazarakis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zacharias Savouridis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eutichios Papadamoulis in the 59th minute of the match. In the 60th minute, Eutichios Papadamoulis made a precise shot to the right of Zacharias Savouridis. Xerólakkos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Alexis Malezas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Zacharias Savouridis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eutichios Papadamoulis went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eutichios Papadamoulis in the 72nd minute of play forced Xerólakkos's goalkeeper Zacharias Savouridis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Xerocabos F.C.'s Trifon Peridis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Xerocabos F.C. from getting a goal against them. Alexis Malezas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zacharias Savouridis having to interfere. Antonis Nikolatos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Xerocabos F.C.'s Trifon Peridis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Xerocabos F.C. from getting a goal against them. Eutichios Papadamoulis took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zacharias Savouridis. Zacharias Savouridis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. When the referee ended the match the Xerocabos F.C. players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
