Xerocabos F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Iliσfoton the free kick. Konstantinos Papalazarou hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Kostas Savvakos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Trifon Peridis made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eutichios Papadamoulis in the 13th minute of play forced Iliσfoton's goalkeeper Konstantinos Trontzos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th match minute, Iliσfoton was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nikitas Zolotas to maneuver through the defense. Xerocabos F.C.'s Alexis Malezas got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Konstantinos Trontzos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eutichios Papadamoulis's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Nikitas Zolotas hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Eutichios Papadamoulis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Xerocabos F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Eutichios Papadamoulis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Konstantinos Trontzos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eutichios Papadamoulis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Konstantinos Trontzos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Apostolis Vrasidas during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 30th match minute, Iliσfoton was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Apostolis Vrasidas to maneuver through the defense. Konstantinos Trontzos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eutichios Papadamoulis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alexis Malezas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Konstantinos Trontzos having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Iliσfoton's Apostolis Vrasidas got a free kick in the 46th minute.

Konstantinos Trontzos came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Xerocabos F.C.'s Alexis Malezas. But to his dismay, Alexis Malezas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 56th minute, Eutichios Papadamoulis reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Konstantinos Trontzos. The goal made the score 0-3. In the 62nd minute, Xerocabos F.C.'s Alexis Malezas ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Konstantinos Trontzos. Konstantinos Trontzos yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. Eutichios Papadamoulis didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 0-5 via right post in the game's 67th minute. Xerocabos F.C.'s supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eutichios Papadamoulis in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Konstantinos Trontzos saved Iliσfoton from getting behind. If Kostas Savvakos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eutichios Papadamoulis charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eutichios Papadamoulis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Iliσfoton booed when Xerocabos F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eutichios Papadamoulis didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 81st minute, Eutichios Papadamoulis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Iliσfoton's Konstantinos Trontzos got control of the ball when Alexis Malezas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eutichios Papadamoulis succeeded in the game's 86th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-6. After a rather tough play, Xerocabos F.C.'s Eutichios Papadamoulis got a free kick in the 91st minute. After having played for 96 minutes, Alexis Malezas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Xerocabos F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Alexis Malezas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Xerocabos F.C.'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
