Giannis Trachanas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Kostas Nikolaidis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kestrνnis's Manolis Loumidis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marinos Mouratidis in the 7th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marinos Kisemlis in the 9th minute of play forced Kestrνnis's goalkeeper Manolis Loumidis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 9th minute, Christodoulos Agapoulis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stavros Mouzis hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. In the 13th match minute, Katsilimaνika was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paris Tsiaris to maneuver through the defense. Kestrνnis's Manolis Loumidis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marinos Mouratidis in the 22nd minute of play. Manolis Loumidis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marinos Kisemlis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Kestrνnis defense, Marinos Kisemlis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Manolis Loumidis. The Kestrνnis fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Manolis Loumidis should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Kestrνnis booed when Katsilimaνika was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paris Tsiaris didn't get a good kick on the ball. Christos Stamatis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 34 minutes into the match, Katsilimaνika's goal looked a bit too open when Orestis Skouras came free, but Kostas Nikolaidis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marinos Mouratidis in the 37th minute of play forced Kestrνnis's goalkeeper Manolis Loumidis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marinos Mouratidis hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Kestrνnis defense, Marinos Mouratidis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Manolis Loumidis. The Kestrνnis fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Manolis Loumidis should have stopped the shot. After the first half Katsilimaνika were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 52nd minute, Marinos Mouratidis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Manolis Loumidis was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. If Orestis Skouras had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 60 minutes into the match, Marinos Mouratidis dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Manolis Loumidis, 0-4. In the 63rd minute, Orestis Skouras got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 65th minute of the match Leonidas Alexoudis shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kostas Nikolaidis showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Christodoulos Agapoulis came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Kestrνnis fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christodoulos Agapoulis couldn't finish the play. In the 69th minute Nestoras Tsatsoulis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manolis Loumidis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Manolis Loumidis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marinos Kisemlis in the 70th minute of the match. Kostas Nikolaidis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orestis Skouras, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Marinos Kisemlis received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Manolis Loumidis came out and tried to block the shot, but Marinos Kisemlis slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 72nd minute. Stavros Mouzis hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Marinos Kisemlis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 85 minutes into the match, Katsilimaνika's goal looked a bit too open when Orestis Skouras came free, but Kostas Nikolaidis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th minute Orestis Skouras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kostas Nikolaidis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marinos Kisemlis in the 93rd minute of play forced Kestrνnis's goalkeeper Manolis Loumidis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Kestrνnis's zone, Nestoras Tsatsoulis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manolis Loumidis came out of the goal and Nestoras Tsatsoulis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Katsilimaνika's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
