Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Giannis Frantzeskos started the match with the kick off. Vaios Petridis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alekos Koutetes having to interfere. A collision led to Voutiαnoi getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Thrasivoulos Bouzios hit a great ball. Alekos Koutetes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Notis Bartzokas in the 8th minute of play. After 9 minutes Voutiαnoi's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Babbis Markatos who took care of the corner kick. 11 minutes into the match, Apostolos Mavrokordatos notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Voutiαnoi's Alekos Koutetes. Alekos Koutetes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alekos Koutetes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Notis Bartzokas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 15th minute, Iason Bourouselos had to leave the field with a concussion. After 16 played minutes Green Horses got a freekick which was hit by Apostolos Mavrokordatos. Alekos Koutetes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vaios Petridis in the 18th minute of the match. A collision led to Voutiαnoi getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Thomas Prokopeas hit a great ball. Alekos Koutetes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vaios Petridis went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Alekos Koutetes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Notis Bartzokas in the 24th minute of the match. Notis Bartzokas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Alekos Koutetes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 34 minutes into the match, Voutiαnoi's goal looked a bit too open when Evaggelos Keratakis came free, but Alekos Koutetes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 35 minutes into the game, when Savas Someridis put in a rough tackle. Savas Someridis hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Apostolos Mavrokordatos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alekos Koutetes having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Notis Bartzokas in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alekos Koutetes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 39 minutes into the match, Vaios Petridis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alekos Koutetes. Voutiαnoi's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vaios Petridis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Evaggelos Keratakis struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Alekos Koutetes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Green Horses. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Notis Bartzokas put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Alekos Koutetes. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After having played for 51 minutes, Apostolos Mavrokordatos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Green Horses's supporters crossed their fingers, but Apostolos Mavrokordatos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Notis Bartzokas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Alekos Koutetes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 56th minute Apostolos Mavrokordatos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alekos Koutetes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Notis Bartzokas who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 63rdth minute tested the skills of Alekos Koutetes when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Babbis Markatos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Alekos Koutetes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Loukas Brizolakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Green Horses booed when Voutiαnoi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thomas Prokopeas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Voutiαnoi's Thrasivoulos Bouzios got a free kick in the 69th minute. After 70 played minutes Voutiαnoi got a freekick which was hit by Thrasivoulos Bouzios. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Notis Bartzokas in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alekos Koutetes saved Voutiαnoi from getting behind. Notis Bartzokas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Green Horses's Apostolos Mavrokordatos got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alekos Koutetes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Notis Bartzokas's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. A collision led to Voutiαnoi getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Thomas Prokopeas hit a great ball. Alekos Koutetes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Babbis Markatos in the 85th minute of play. Notis Bartzokas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Alekos Koutetes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alekos Koutetes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Notis Bartzokas, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. 95 minutes into the game, Notis Bartzokas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Alekos Koutetes. Notis Bartzokas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. Green Horses played a much better game than Voutiαnoi and deserved their victory. The Voutiαnoi players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
