In the 3rd minute, Sokratis Tsarouchas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Diogenis Tzekos hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. After 4 played minutes, Voutiαnoi's Savas Someridis shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Minas Pandrakis came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Voutiαnoi reached it. If Charis Roubesis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thrasivoulos Bouzios in the 10th minute of play forced Gσnthi's goalkeeper Minas Pandrakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Voutiαnoi's Alekos Koutetes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Voutiαnoi from getting a goal against them. 15 minutes into the game, Voutiαnoi's Savas Someridis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Minas Pandrakis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 19th match minute, Gσnthi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thodoris Kounenakis to maneuver through the defense. Minas Pandrakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sokratis Tsarouchas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Minas Pandrakis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Thomas Prokopeas went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Thrasivoulos Bouzios managed to get in a good position for a shot. Voutiαnoi's supporters rose to their feet, but Thrasivoulos Bouzios was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Minas Pandrakis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Minas Pandrakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giannis Frantzeskos, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. 30 minutes into the match, Fotis Perdikopoulos dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Alekos Koutetes, 1-2. The attack was good, but when Anestis Tsitouras in the 43rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. 47 minutes into the game, Voutiαnoi's Sokratis Tsarouchas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Giannis Frantzeskos to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giannis Frantzeskos in the 57th minute of play forced Gσnthi's goalkeeper Minas Pandrakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 58 minutes into the match, Gσnthi's Fotis Perdikopoulos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alekos Koutetes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 61 minutes into the match, Gσnthi's goal looked a bit too open when Giannis Frantzeskos came free, but Minas Pandrakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute Giannis Frantzeskos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Minas Pandrakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Charis Roubesis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alekos Koutetes having to interfere. After 71 played minutes Gσnthi got a freekick which was hit by Diogenis Tzekos. Sokratis Tsarouchas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Minas Pandrakis made a huge save. Panagiotis Papadakis charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Panagiotis Papadakis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Panagiotis Papadakis hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. In the 81st match minute, Gσnthi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Charis Roubesis to maneuver through the defense. After 83 minutes of play, Voutiαnoi's Sokratis Tsarouchas made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Minas Pandrakis was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Giannis Frantzeskos in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Minas Pandrakis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fotis Perdikopoulos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Alekos Koutetes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alekos Koutetes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Charis Roubesis in the 99th minute of play. Voutiαnoi's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
