Panos Adamiadis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Panagiotis Loukanidis in the 5th minute of the match. In the 6th minute Prodromos Galanis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Panos Adamiadis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Menelaos Koublis charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Menelaos Koublis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Glyfada FC booed when BEPOIA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Menelaos Koublis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paschalis Patinios scored 1-0 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Giorgos Christodoulou, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Alekos Skiadas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Panos Adamiadis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alekos Skiadas in the 17th minute of play. BEPOIA's Panos Adamiadis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prodromos Galanis in the 19th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alekos Skiadas in the 20th minute of play forced BEPOIA's goalkeeper Panos Adamiadis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Glyfada FC's Giorgos Christodoulou played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paschalis Patinios in the 43rd minute of play. Panos Adamiadis came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Glyfada FC's Panagiotis Loukanidis. But to his dismay, Panagiotis Loukanidis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Prodromos Galanis to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Menelaos Koublis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paschalis Patinios received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Giorgos Christodoulou tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paschalis Patinios in the 60th minute of play forced Glyfada FC's goalkeeper Giorgos Christodoulou to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Giorgos Christodoulou showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paschalis Patinios, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. In the 66th minute, Argyris Papandreou hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Giorgos Christodoulou took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Panagiotis Tsokataridis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Panagiotis Loukanidis hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Giorgos Koskinas hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. With a little luck, BEPOIA's Panos Adamiadis got control of the ball when Prodromos Galanis tried to sneak it across the goal line. BEPOIA's Panos Adamiadis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Panagiotis Loukanidis in the 86th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Thodoris Babasidis kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Panos Adamiadis. That made the score 1-2 in the 90 minute of play. Panos Adamiadis was out of position in the 97 minute of play, and Prodromos Galanis capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Prodromos Galanis really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. The BEPOIA fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Glyfada FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
