With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gerasimos Lazanas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Everett Kouromichelakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 11thth minute of the game Iosif Kazatzidis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ναρεντίνοι's Gerasimos Lazanas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iraklis Kazantzakis in the 13th minute of play forced Kokkinaikos F.C.'s goalkeeper Dorotheos Belesis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Kokkinaikos F.C.'s goalkeeper Dorotheos Belesis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Everett Kouromichelakis. Ναρεντίνοι's Gerasimos Lazanas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iosif Kazatzidis in the 16th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Everett Kouromichelakis in the 18th minute of play forced Kokkinaikos F.C.'s goalkeeper Dorotheos Belesis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Daniil Grigoriou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Dorotheos Belesis managed to avoid a goal in the 20thth minute, when Ναρεντίνοι's Everett Kouromichelakis fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Gerasimos Lazanas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lazaros Kavazis in the 24th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the game, Eugênio Seco cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Gerasimos Lazanas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Everett Kouromichelakis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Dorotheos Belesis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Iosif Kazatzidis took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gerasimos Lazanas. Gerasimos Lazanas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Everett Kouromichelakis's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 38thth minute, Dorotheos Belesis skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Kokkinaikos F.C.'s Dorotheos Belesis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Kokkinaikos F.C. from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Kokkinaikos F.C.'s Andreas Kisemlis got a free kick in the 41st minute. Gerasimos Lazanas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iosif Kazatzidis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 57th minute, Eugênio Seco reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gerasimos Lazanas. The goal made the score 0-4. In the 61st minute, Iosif Kazatzidis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gerasimos Lazanas was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Thanks to some nice moves Lazaros Kavazis could shoot a difficult shot in the 65th minute, which Gerasimos Lazanas however easily saved by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lazaros Kavazis got free with Gerasimos Lazanas in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 69 minutes into the match, Lazaros Kavazis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gerasimos Lazanas. Ναρεντίνοι's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lazaros Kavazis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. Ναρεντίνοι's Gerasimos Lazanas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Ναρεντίνοι from getting a goal against them. Gerasimos Lazanas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iosif Kazatzidis in the 73rd minute of the match. Gerasimos Lazanas was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Andreas Kisemlis. Lazaros Kavazis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Gerasimos Lazanas made a huge save. Gerasimos Lazanas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nikiforos Sgouros in the 84th minute. 85 minutes into the match, Ναρεντίνοι's goalkeeper Gerasimos Lazanas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lazaros Kavazis. After a defensive mix-up in Kokkinaikos F.C.'s zone, Daniil Grigoriou stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dorotheos Belesis came out of the goal and Daniil Grigoriou tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 90 minutes into the match, Kokkinaikos F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Everett Kouromichelakis came free, but Dorotheos Belesis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Kokkinaikos F.C.'s Andreas Kisemlis got a free kick in the 91st minute. In the 92nd minute, Everett Kouromichelakis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 96th minute Everett Kouromichelakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dorotheos Belesis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Iosif Kazatzidis during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Kokkinaikos F.C.'s Iosif Kazatzidis got a free kick in the 97th minute. The Kokkinaikos F.C. supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Kokkinaikos F.C. would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
