The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Cristian Manciulescu kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. After 7 played minutes Límnos BC got a freekick which was hit by Periklis Mantouvalos. ARDRA FC's Themos Kalevras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vaggelis Votsis in the 10th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benedykt Topolski in the 13th minute of play forced ARDRA FC's goalkeeper Themos Kalevras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vaggelis Votsis scored 0-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Themos Kalevras, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Doğaner Arslanoğlu fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ARDRA FC's protests and gave Doğaner Arslanoğlu a yellow card for diving instead. The referee gave Límnos BC a penalty, 18 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Cristian Manciulescu, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of ARDRA FC's Themos Kalevras. 0-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Michalis Anagnostakis in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Manolis Konstantinou saved Límnos BC from getting behind. Themos Kalevras stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Flavien Pirat's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Benedykt Topolski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Themos Kalevras read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. In the 26th minute, Vaggelis Votsis made a precise shot to the right of Themos Kalevras. ARDRA FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Themos Kalevras took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nikolas Topalidis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 33rd match minute, ARDRA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Doğaner Arslanoğlu to maneuver through the defense. 34 minutes into the match, Límnos BC's Cristian Manciulescu broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Benedykt Topolski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 40th minute, Nikolas Topalidis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Límnos BC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Vaggelis Votsis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Themos Kalevras tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Paulinho Sousa to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, ARDRA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vaggelis Votsis came free, but Themos Kalevras reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 54 minutes into the match, ARDRA FC's goalkeeper Themos Kalevras had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nikolas Topalidis. Flavien Pirat in the 59thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Themos Kalevras, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. ARDRA FC's Themos Kalevras played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benedykt Topolski in the 60th minute of play. In the 62nd minute, Cristian Manciulescu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Themos Kalevras was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. 70 minutes into the match, ARDRA FC's goalkeeper Themos Kalevras had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Flavien Pirat. 73 minutes into the match, ARDRA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Benedykt Topolski came free, but Themos Kalevras reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th match minute, Límnos BC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nikolas Topalidis to maneuver through the defense. In the 93rd minute, Nikolas Topalidis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Límnos BC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
