Ellis Peterson was extremely unlucky when he, in the 4th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After 4 minutes, Alexander-James Ibrahimović made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Metaxádhes BC's Marios Martinopoulos tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Alexander-James Ibrahimović took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Marios Martinopoulos to make any attempt to save it. 13 minutes into the match, Ellis Peterson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marios Martinopoulos. Metaxádhes BC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ellis Peterson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. After a defensive mix-up in Metaxádhes BC's zone, Amar Živanović stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marios Martinopoulos came out of the goal and Amar Živanović tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Alexander-James Ibrahimović's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marios Martinopoulos was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. Marios Martinopoulos was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ellis Peterson showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 21 minute of play. Marios Martinopoulos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ellis Peterson in the 26th minute of play. When Nikos Niniadis fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Metaxádhes BC's protests and gave Nikos Niniadis a yellow card for diving instead. Marios Martinopoulos was out of position in the 35 minute of play, and Amar Živanović capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Amar Živanović really showed his touch with that goal: 7-0. Isidoros Mavrostomos struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Marios Martinopoulos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Glyka Nera FC. Emmanouil Papafotakos's late challenge caught a Glyka Nera FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Emmanouil Papafotakos helped the player get up and apologised. In the 39th minute, Emmanouil Papafotakos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 40 minutes, Manolis Petrochilos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Glyka Nera FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manolis Petrochilos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marios Martinopoulos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alexander-James Ibrahimović in the 42nd minute. 45 minutes into the game, Glyka Nera FC's Alexander-James Ibrahimović nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marios Martinopoulos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 8-0 at half-time.

Nikos Niniadis received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sakis Karvouniaris came out and tried to block the shot, but Nikos Niniadis slotted it home off the left post making it 8-1 in the 51st minute. 54 minutes into the match, Amar Živanović notched a goal, 9-1, to the right of Metaxádhes BC's Marios Martinopoulos. Marios Martinopoulos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Isidoros Mavrostomos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marios Martinopoulos having to interfere. In the 60th minute, Ellis Peterson made a precise shot to the right of Marios Martinopoulos. Metaxádhes BC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 10-1. Marios Martinopoulos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ellis Peterson went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 11-1 was the resulting score. Metaxádhes BC's Marios Martinopoulos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amar Živanović in the 71st minute of play. After some careless play in the Metaxádhes BC defense, Amar Živanović kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marios Martinopoulos. The Metaxádhes BC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marios Martinopoulos should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ellis Peterson in the 77th minute of play forced Metaxádhes BC's goalkeeper Marios Martinopoulos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ellis Peterson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 83 minutes of play, Glyka Nera FC's Ellis Peterson made it 13-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marios Martinopoulos was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 86 minutes, Amar Živanović made it 14-1 with a short kick to the right side. Metaxádhes BC's Marios Martinopoulos tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Alexander-James Ibrahimović took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marios Martinopoulos. Marios Martinopoulos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 15-1. Metaxádhes BC's Marios Martinopoulos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexander-James Ibrahimović in the 92nd minute of play. Glyka Nera FC's Alexander-James Ibrahimović managed to work through Metaxádhes BC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Alexander-James Ibrahimović dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Glyka Nera FC had played much better football throughout.
