Spectators: 8007 (Terracing: 6052, Seating: 1855, VIP seats: 100) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Alesandro Del Piero kicked off to start the match. Alexandros Igoumenakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alesandro Del Piero in the 4th minute of the match. The supporters of EVOSMOS FC booed when Greek Saints was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iraklis Katergiannakis didn't get a good kick on the ball. 12 minutes into the game, Christodoulos Lagonikakis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Greek Saints's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave EVOSMOS FC the free kick. EVOSMOS FC made a substitution. Apostolis Kaloumenos replaced Fondas Sotirakopoulos. In the 13th match minute, Greek Saints was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christodoulos Lagonikakis to maneuver through the defense. Greek Saints's Benê de Toledo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vaggelis Roubanis in the 24th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Alesandro Del Piero managed to get in a good position for a shot. Greek Saints's supporters rose to their feet, but Alesandro Del Piero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexandros Igoumenakis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fanis Thanos in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alexandros Igoumenakis saved EVOSMOS FC from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vaggelis Roubanis in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benê de Toledo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Fanis Kanelidis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alesandro Del Piero struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Alexandros Igoumenakis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Greek Saints. 40 minutes into the match, Greek Saints's Alesandro Del Piero sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alexandros Igoumenakis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Through an outstanding action, after 44 minutes, Benê de Toledo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vaggelis Roubanis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Benê de Toledo came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by EVOSMOS FC's Fanis Kanelidis. But to his dismay, Fanis Kanelidis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 54th minute, Apostolis Kaloumenos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alexandros Igoumenakis made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Fanis Thanos sent off a good shot on target. Benê de Toledo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vaggelis Roubanis in the 67th minute of the match. EVOSMOS FC's Vaggelis Roubanis got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match clock showed 74 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Fanis Thanos sped through EVOSMOS FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Alexandros Igoumenakis. 82 minutes into the match, Fanis Thanos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alexandros Igoumenakis. EVOSMOS FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fanis Thanos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vaggelis Roubanis in the 86th minute of play forced Greek Saints's goalkeeper Benê de Toledo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 88 minutes into the match, Greek Saints's goal looked a bit too open when Vaggelis Roubanis came free, but Benê de Toledo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner led EVOSMOS FC's Ignatios Maganaris to fire away a dangerous shot which Benê de Toledo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 94 minutes into the match, Greek Saints's goal looked a bit too open when Fanis Kanelidis came free, but Benê de Toledo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benê de Toledo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vaggelis Roubanis in the 95th minute of play. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
