In the 22nd minute Fanis Thanos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dimitris Lagos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, Greek Saints's goalkeeper Benê de Toledo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lambros Stelatos. 24 minutes into the match, Alesandro Del Piero had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dimitris Lagos. Snowkids GF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alesandro Del Piero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alesandro Del Piero stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Alesandro Del Piero lined in a short shot 1-3 behind a frustrated Dimitris Lagos. The Snowkids GF fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Greek Saints were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
