Kostas Saliarelis came out of the goal and Pantelis Verikokos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 45 minutes, Pantelis Verikokos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tsirkoskila and the Anemothyella A.C.P. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 46th minute, Pantelis Verikokos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Petros Saveris sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Tsirkoskila's Pantelis Verikokos got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tsirkoskila's goalkeeper Dimitris Papatsakalos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Anemothyella A.C.P. booed when Tsirkoskila was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zinon Savouras didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kyriakos Kakomiroglou fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dimitris Papatsakalos having to interfere. Petros Saveris received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Kostas Saliarelis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 71 played minutes, Anemothyella A.C.P.'s Charalambos Theodorakoglou shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dimitris Papatsakalos came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Anemothyella A.C.P. reached it. Zinon Savouras hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. In the 76th minute, Kyriakos Kakomiroglou made a precise shot to the right of Dimitris Papatsakalos. Tsirkoskila's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Errikos Perdikas took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dimitris Papatsakalos. If Pantelis Verikokos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Anemothyella A.C.P.'s goalkeeper Kostas Saliarelis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
