After a defensive mix-up in AIANTAS A.O.N.P.'s zone, Minas Nikou stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aggelos Kaliris came out of the goal and Minas Nikou tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vaios Nikopolidis was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 19th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Markos Tobras's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 22ndth minute, Aggelos Kaliris skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Alkaios Gonias hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Nikos Tziortzopoulos might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Makis Martinis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nikos Tziortzopoulos ran back to his position shaking his head. A hard shot 34 in the game by Markos Tobras from a close distance when the talented Aggelos Kaliris managed to make a qualified save. AIANTAS A.O.N.P.'s players were relieved. Markos Tobras's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aggelos Kaliris read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. Markos Tobras sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kostas Moustakalis hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Markos Tobras to strike the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes ATLANTIS FC got a freekick which was hit by Dimitris Kasapoglou. Aggelos Kaliris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Markos Tobras in the 54th minute of play. Markos Tobras took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aggelos Kaliris. Aggelos Kaliris dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 73rd minute, Jordy Valès hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, AIANTAS A.O.N.P.'s Nikos Tziortzopoulos got a free kick in the 77th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Markos Tobras in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aggelos Kaliris prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to ATLANTIS FC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Koulis Manias hit a great ball. In the 90th minute, Vaios Nikopolidis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. ATLANTIS FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
