Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Giannis Leventakis in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Michalis Karamichalos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Giannis Leventakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Konstantinos Konstantaras during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Konstantinos Konstantaras hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. After having played for 22 minutes, Alekos Soulogiannis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Skoϊrvoula BC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alekos Soulogiannis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. But to his dismay, Argyris Kokkinopoulos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Alekos Soulogiannis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Michalis Karamichalos made a huge save. Chatziioannou Sarantos's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Michalis Karamichalos firmly grabbed it by the left post. The audience was convinced that Giannis Leventakis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Michalis Karamichalos was relentless in the 41st minute of the game.
