In the 9th minute of the match Errikos Perdikas sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ntinos Saloufopoulos skillfully saved the ball. Achilleas Aggelas kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. In the 15th minute Kyriakos Kakomiroglou shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ntinos Saloufopoulos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Ανατολική Αλητεία getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Kostas Kladis hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Ανατολική Αλητεία defense, Kyriakos Kakomiroglou kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ntinos Saloufopoulos. The Ανατολική Αλητεία fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ntinos Saloufopoulos should have stopped the shot. 23 minutes into the match, Ανατολική Αλητεία's Giorgos Kazantzas broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The supporters of Anemothyella A.C.P. booed when Ανατολική Αλητεία was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Giorgos Kazantzas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 31st minute, Charalambos Theodorakoglou got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ανατολική Αλητεία's Ntinos Saloufopoulos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kyriakos Kakomiroglou in the 33rd minute of play. Charalambos Theodorakoglou recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 35 minutes into the match, Kyriakos Kakomiroglou had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ntinos Saloufopoulos. Ανατολική Αλητεία's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kyriakos Kakomiroglou was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Lakis Vrachos struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Ntinos Saloufopoulos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Anemothyella A.C.P.. Ntinos Saloufopoulos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Charalambos Theodorakoglou in the 45th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Panos Theodorou was the one to do the kick off. Dionysis Leventakis's late challenge caught a Ανατολική Αλητεία's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dionysis Leventakis helped the player get up and apologised. 55 minutes into the match, Anemothyella A.C.P.'s goal looked a bit too open when Giorgos Kazantzas came free, but Kostas Saliarelis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 57 minutes into the match, Kyriakos Kakomiroglou notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Ανατολική Αλητεία's Ntinos Saloufopoulos. Ntinos Saloufopoulos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kyriakos Kakomiroglou's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 68thth minute, Ntinos Saloufopoulos skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Kyriakos Kakomiroglou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kyriakos Kakomiroglou fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ntinos Saloufopoulos having to interfere. The supporters of Ανατολική Αλητεία booed when Anemothyella A.C.P. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iraklis Pantelakis didn't get a good kick on the ball.
