Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Marinos Kandarakis started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the match, GREEK ARMY's Lambis Kazantzakoglou sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Babbis Kariotakis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 4th minute Marinos Kandarakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Styrbjörn Stokken saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lambis Kazantzakoglou in the 9th minute of play forced Gate13's goalkeeper Babbis Kariotakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The GREEK ARMY fans' excitement grew in the 9th match minute when GREEK ARMY's Lambis Kazantzakoglou looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Gate13's Babbis Kariotakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lambis Kazantzakoglou in the 13th minute of play. Lambis Kazantzakoglou sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Vrasidas Drambas scored 0-2 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Babbis Kariotakis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lambis Kazantzakoglou took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Babbis Kariotakis. Babbis Kariotakis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Babbis Kariotakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lambis Kazantzakoglou, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 42 minutes into the game, GREEK ARMY's Lambis Kazantzakoglou nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Babbis Kariotakis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. After 47 minutes of play, GREEK ARMY's Vassilis Lazarakis made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Babbis Kariotakis was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Gate13 players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. GREEK ARMY were winning 0-5.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lambis Kazantzakoglou stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Eutichios Botilias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Gate13's Achilleas Tsopelas got a free kick in the 55th minute. In the 56th match minute, Gate13 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Soulis Karaindros to maneuver through the defense. Vlassis Mellios scored 0-6 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Babbis Kariotakis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lambis Kazantzakoglou blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Babbis Kariotakis having to make a save. 70 minutes into the game, Vrasidas Drambas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GREEK ARMY's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gate13 the free kick. After 70 played minutes GREEK ARMY got a freekick which was hit by Vrasidas Drambas. A collision led to Gate13 getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Vassilis Kagiasis hit a great ball. Babbis Kariotakis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lambis Kazantzakoglou's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. 82 minutes into the match, Grigoris Karagiotakis dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Babbis Kariotakis, 0-7. Lambis Kazantzakoglou didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 0-8 via right post in the game's 87th minute. GREEK ARMY's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! The crowd rose to their feet as Grigoris Karagiotakis kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Babbis Kariotakis. That made the score 0-9 in the 92 minute of play. Lambis Kazantzakoglou received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Babbis Kariotakis came out and tried to block the shot, but Lambis Kazantzakoglou slotted it home off the left post making it 0-10 in the 96th minute. The Gate13 fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. GREEK ARMY were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
