The audience thought a goal was coming when Giorgos Satrapis got free with Babbis Kariotakis in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Babbis Kariotakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thalis Kaketsis in the 88th minute of play. With splendid footwork Pantelis Tzolas arrived in front of goal to shoot 0-6 by the left pole in the game's 91st minute. 96 minutes into the game, Gerasimos Sfakianakis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Babbis Kariotakis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Gate13 fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Sasa vezenkof were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
