Nanak Nasih made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Spyros Sfoliatas in the 42nd minute of play. After 45 played minutes Atalanti F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Frode Hilde. Vaggelis Ligeridis acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 47th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Dionysis Kasimopoulos. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
