Spectators: 7953 (Terracing: 6000, Seating: 1853, VIP seats: 100) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Luís Aparecido took the kick off in the first half of the match. Iason Plexioudas was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Martin Llorenc. An unexpectedly hard shot by Norbert Rakowski in the 11th minute of play forced Ολυμπος Αγιασου's goalkeeper Nikos Pegiadis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Panos Chasiotis kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Iason Plexioudas made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Themistoklis Poursaitidis sent off a good shot on target. After 24 minutes of play, MELATES F.C.'s Norbert Rakowski made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nikos Pegiadis was left in no man's land by his defense there! 36 minutes into the match, Norbert Rakowski notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Ολυμπος Αγιασου's Nikos Pegiadis. Nikos Pegiadis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 39 minutes into the match, MELATES F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Luís Aparecido came free, but Iason Plexioudas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 40 minutes, Avraam Skarpathiotis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MELATES F.C. and the Ολυμπος Αγιασου players grew even worse after the yellow card. Avraam Skarpathiotis hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. If Norbert Rakowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 47th minute Luís Aparecido shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iason Plexioudas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half MELATES F.C. were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Norbert Rakowski was the one to do the kick off. Iason Plexioudas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Aparecido in the 54th minute of the match. In the 55th match minute, MELATES F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Avraam Skarpathiotis to maneuver through the defense. Luís Aparecido scored 1-3 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Iason Plexioudas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 65 minutes, Norbert Rakowski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MELATES F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Norbert Rakowski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Iason Plexioudas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Aparecido, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A sloppy throw-in by Makis Katsikogiannis in the 74th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by MELATES F.C.'s Panos Chasiotis. When Dimosthenis Tzalakostas came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the MELATES F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dimosthenis Tzalakostas couldn't finish the play. A collision led to MELATES F.C. getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Valentinos Georgakoglou hit a great ball. After 81st play minutes Themistoklis Poursaitidis shot 2-3, a short shot which went by Iason Plexioudas and just under the crossbar into goal. Iason Plexioudas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luís Aparecido in the 86th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, MELATES F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Themistoklis Poursaitidis came free, but Iason Plexioudas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
