Christoforos Papardelas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kostas Kavalaris having to interfere. Christos Androulakis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 19 minutes into the match, Koutsopαpoulos FC's goalkeeper Kostas Kavalaris had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Christoforos Papardelas. Koutsopαpoulos FC's Theocharis Kabantais got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In a very dangerous position, a player in Dikefalos fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 25th minute. Penalty! Sakis Velakos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Theocharis Kabantais, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Koutsopαpoulos FC's Christodoulos Petrakos suffered a sore thigh after 31 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Christos Androulakis's late challenge caught a Koutsopαpoulos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Christos Androulakis helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Koutsopαpoulos FC booed when Dikefalos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position.
