Spectators: 8011 (Terracing: 6010, Seating: 1842, VIP seats: 159) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Norbert Rakowski took the kick off in the first half of the match. Fotis Liapakis hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Norbert Rakowski got free with Cícero de Barros in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 6 minutes Saronicos's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Avraam Skarpathiotis who took care of the corner kick. The MELATES F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 10th match minute when MELATES F.C.'s Norbert Rakowski looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Cícero de Barros didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Norbert Rakowski went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Norbert Rakowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 21st minute, Avraam Skarpathiotis made a precise shot to the right of Cícero de Barros. Saronicos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. After 24 minutes, Iraklis Leontokardos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MELATES F.C. and the Saronicos players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 25th match minute, MELATES F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iraklis Leontokardos to maneuver through the defense. MELATES F.C.'s Iason Plexioudas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miltos Kotsiras in the 31st minute of play. Giannis Tsouganatos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Norbert Rakowski put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Cícero de Barros. Norbert Rakowski struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Cícero de Barros didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MELATES F.C.. After some careless play in the MELATES F.C. defense, Spyros Kakotichos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Iason Plexioudas. The MELATES F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Iason Plexioudas should have stopped the shot. With his leg Cícero de Barros managed to avoid a goal in the 45thth minute, when MELATES F.C.'s Norbert Rakowski fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Panos Chasiotis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Cícero de Barros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Miltos Kotsiras made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Aris Keratzoglou managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Saronicos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aris Keratzoglou was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 58 minutes into the game, MELATES F.C.'s Norbert Rakowski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cícero de Barros made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Norbert Rakowski in the 69th minute of play forced Saronicos's goalkeeper Cícero de Barros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Norbert Rakowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cícero de Barros having to interfere. Norbert Rakowski struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Cícero de Barros didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MELATES F.C.. Cícero de Barros made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. Norbert Rakowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cícero de Barros read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. Cícero de Barros stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Norbert Rakowski's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. Saronicos's Cícero de Barros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Panos Chasiotis in the 84th minute of play. Spyros Kakotichos charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Spyros Kakotichos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Spyros Kakotichos kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Aris Keratzoglou's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Iason Plexioudas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. Miltos Kotsiras fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iason Plexioudas having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. MELATES F.C. had played much better football throughout.
