An unexpectedly hard shot by Christoforos Papardelas in the 21st minute of play forced Koutsopαpoulos FC's goalkeeper Kostas Kavalaris to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 21 minutes, Thodoris Piatas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Koutsopαpoulos FC and the Dikefalos players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 21st match minute, Koutsopαpoulos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thodoris Piatas to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Christodoulos Pourliotopoulos during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Sakis Velakos was prepared for the shot, but didn't have to make a play as the shot flew over the goal. If Theocharis Kabantais had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 41st minute Theocharis Kabantais shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sakis Velakos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Babbis Psalidas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sakis Velakos having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Theocharis Kabantais made a kick off. Sakis Velakos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Theocharis Kabantais, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Kostas Kavalaris made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christos Androulakis in the 56th minute of play. If Babbis Psalidas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Koutsopαpoulos FC's Babbis Psalidas pulled a muscle in his back after 62 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Giannis Parginos charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Giannis Parginos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Koutsopαpoulos FC made a substitution. Aggelos Darlas replaced Babbis Psalidas. Giannis Parginos kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Christos Androulakis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Kostas Kavalaris tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Argyris Tselementes in the 73rd minute of play forced Dikefalos's goalkeeper Sakis Velakos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute, Kostas Kalantidis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dikefalos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After 79 minutes of play, Koutsopαpoulos FC's Argyris Tselementes made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sakis Velakos was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 83rd minute Theocharis Kabantais shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sakis Velakos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sakis Velakos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Theocharis Kabantais, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Koutsopαpoulos FC getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Vassilis Markos hit a great ball. Christoforos Papardelas charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Christoforos Papardelas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Dikefalos's goalkeeper Sakis Velakos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kostas Kavalaris made an important save on a dangerous shot by Christos Androulakis in the 96th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Dikefalos had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
