Paraskevas Kanavopoulos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ntinos Papachronakos in the 17th minute of play. Paraskevas Kanavopoulos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manolis Kalergis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manolis Kalergis in the 20th minute of play forced Thrilos's goalkeeper Paraskevas Kanavopoulos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ntinos Papachronakos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ntinos Papachronakos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Seahawks V55's Petros Sarantos got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Manolis Kalergis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paraskevas Kanavopoulos having to make a save. Disappointed in the 1-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
