The referee ignored JOLLYROGER's protests and gave Achilleas Spazokefalos a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to JOLLYROGER getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Achilleas Spazokefalos hit a great ball. 21 minutes into the match, JOLLYROGER's goalkeeper Panos Mavroudis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Telis Kostiadis. Vassilis Brizolakos was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 23rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. A collision led to Agrinio getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Stavros Tsakoumis hit a great ball. After 32 played minutes Agrinio got a freekick which was hit by Telis Kostiadis. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stratos Mikes in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sven Kamionka saved Agrinio from getting behind. 44 minutes into the match, Stratos Mikes notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Agrinio's Sven Kamionka. Sven Kamionka was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Stratos Mikes to strike the kick off in the second half. 62 minutes into the match, JOLLYROGER's goal looked a bit too open when Telis Kostiadis came free, but Panos Mavroudis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Babbis Kagiouzis in the 64th minute of play forced JOLLYROGER's goalkeeper Panos Mavroudis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of JOLLYROGER booed when Agrinio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stavros Tsakoumis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Agrinio's Sven Kamionka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stratos Mikes in the 70th minute of play. Panos Mavroudis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Telis Kostiadis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Agrinio's Sven Kamionka got control of the ball when Thomas Alexis tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 82nd minute, Babbis Kagiouzis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 90 minutes of play Agrinio's Telis Kostiadis was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground.
