When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Paraskevas Staikos put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Giannis Tziolis. When Gvido Rascukas came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Teridona fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gvido Rascukas couldn't finish the play. 15 minutes into the match, Paraskevas Staikos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Giannis Tziolis. POUTSA FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Paraskevas Staikos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. 19 minutes into the match, Paraskevas Staikos notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of POUTSA FC's Giannis Tziolis. When Marinos Kounalakis fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored POUTSA FC's protests and gave Marinos Kounalakis a yellow card for diving instead. Vrasidas Belesis shot the penalty kick right outside the post. The Teridona fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. Giannis Tziolis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paraskevas Staikos's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. Ladislao Raymundo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Giannis Tziolis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paraskevas Staikos, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. The audience was convinced that Gvido Rascukas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Giannis Tziolis was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. In the 87th minute Paraskevas Staikos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giannis Tziolis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 95 minutes into the match, POUTSA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Paraskevas Staikos came free, but Giannis Tziolis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paraskevas Staikos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giannis Tziolis having to interfere.
