Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 4 minutes, Iason Stavrakopoulos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lefkopetra FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Iason Stavrakopoulos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Giorgos Kouradakis kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Filippos Toris. That made the score 1-0 in the 11 minute of play. Stamatis Papazacharias didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Lefkopetra FC's Iason Stavrakopoulos shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Filippos Toris showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Giorgos Kouradakis in the 24th minute of the match. The supporters of Karfás booed when Lefkopetra FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Themos Varvouzanis didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 31 minutes, Iason Stavrakopoulos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stamatis Papazacharias came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by Lefkopetra FC's Iason Stavrakopoulos. But to his dismay, Iason Stavrakopoulos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Iason Stavrakopoulos to strike the kick off in the second half. Fragiskos Ioannou's late challenge caught a Lefkopetra FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fragiskos Ioannou helped the player get up and apologised. Iason Stavrakopouloss short, quick shot in the 55thth minute got Stamatis Papazacharias to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Iason Stavrakopoulos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Stamatis Papazacharias made a huge save. Giorgos Kouradakis charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Giorgos Kouradakis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Giorgos Kouradakis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Filippos Toris tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Themistoklis Kommatos came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Karfás fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Themistoklis Kommatos couldn't finish the play. If Apostolis Kokkinos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Filippos Toris didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Giorgos Kouradakis went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Karfás's Stamatis Papazacharias proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Karfás from getting a goal against them. Dimosthenis Karotsis charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dimosthenis Karotsis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 80th minute, Dimosthenis Karotsis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Filippos Toris showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Themistoklis Kommatos, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 90th minute, Iason Stavrakopoulos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Fragiskos Ioannou was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 91 minutes had been played. Fragiskos Ioannou hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. In the 96th minute, Lefkopetra FC's Dimosthenis Karotsis dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-5. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Lefkopetra FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
