A sloppy throw-in by Sofoklis Meletidis in the 14th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Ambelokipoi Fc's Charis Vasilopoulos. The crowd rose to their feet as Ambelokipoi Fc's Spyros Sotiriadis slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Chrisostomos Alexis. That made the score 2-0 after 16 minutes of play. After 20 played minutes Ambelokipoi Fc got a freekick which was hit by Charis Vasilopoulos. After 21 minutes, Kleanthis Kounadis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kolokithα and the Ambelokipoi Fc players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 22 played minutes Kolokithα got a freekick which was hit by Kleanthis Kounadis. Kolokithα's Aris Kotsonis got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Chrisostomos Alexis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adamantios Tamvakis, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Alexis Fragis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sofoklis Tsatsaronakis having to interfere. 66 minutes into the match, Spyros Sotiriadis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Chrisostomos Alexis. Kolokithα's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Spyros Sotiriadis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Nektarios Chroniou sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 71 minutes, Adamantios Tamvakis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ambelokipoi Fc and the Kolokithα players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Ambelokipoi Fc's Adamantios Tamvakis got a free kick in the 72nd minute. 74 minutes into the match, Kolokithα's goal looked a bit too open when Adamantios Tamvakis came free, but Chrisostomos Alexis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nektarios Chroniou kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. In the 78th match minute, Kolokithα was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kleanthis Kounadis to maneuver through the defense. Kolokithα's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ambelokipoi Fc the free kick. A collision led to Kolokithα getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Charilaos Fanidis hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Ambelokipoi Fc's Spyros Sotiriadis got a free kick in the 89th minute. Ambelokipoi Fc's Spyros Sotiriadis got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 94th minute of the match Giorgos Loukas shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Chrisostomos Alexis showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.
