When Kyriakos Kanellopoulos fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Panafpliakos FC's protests and gave Kyriakos Kanellopoulos a yellow card for diving instead. In the 25th minute, Kyriakos Kanellopoulos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alkaios Mavromatis hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Miltos Seichanidis was out of position in the 27 minute of play, and Vaios Makrigiannis capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Panafpliakos FC's zone, Vaios Makrigiannis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Miltos Seichanidis came out of the goal and Vaios Makrigiannis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Moloko fans' excitement grew in the 81st match minute when Moloko's Vaios Makrigiannis looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 10-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Takis Brizolakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kyriakos Kanellopoulos, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. In the 93rd match minute, Moloko was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enar Esko to maneuver through the defense. In the 96th minute, Vaios Makrigiannis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net.
