Kostas Fragos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adamantios Tamvakis, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Tasos Soulogiannis who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 44thth minute tested the skills of Sofoklis Tsatsaronakis when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 45 played minutes Ambelokipoi Fc got a freekick which was hit by Nektarios Chroniou. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

52 minutes into the match, Christoforos Manouselis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sofoklis Tsatsaronakis. Ambelokipoi Fc's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Christoforos Manouselis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. After 55 played minutes Makas FC got a freekick which was hit by Christoforos Manouselis. In the 56th minute, Adamantios Tamvakis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Makas FC's Kostas Fragos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adamantios Tamvakis in the 58th minute of play. A collision led to Ambelokipoi Fc getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Giannis Kapelas hit a great ball. In the 62nd minute of the match Menelaos Droumalias sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sofoklis Tsatsaronakis skillfully saved the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 65 minutes, Kostas Fragos successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Tasos Soulogiannis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 73rd match minute, Ambelokipoi Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dimos Kotsanakis to maneuver through the defense. In the 75th minute, Dimos Kotsanakis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 79th match minute, Makas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lazaros Makris to maneuver through the defense. Makas FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 83rd minute, when Adamantios Tamvakis scored to the left of an out of position Kostas Fragos, making the score, 2-2. 87 minutes into the match, Spyros Sotiriadis notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Makas FC's Kostas Fragos. Kostas Fragos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kostas Fragos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Spyros Sotiriadis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Iason Ntaralas during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 92 played minutes Makas FC got a freekick which was hit by Iason Ntaralas. Ambelokipoi Fc's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
