The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Pavlos Zikas took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Theodosis Sfoliatas. Theodosis Sfoliatas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Nenitoϊria BC's Theodosis Sfoliatas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Nenitoϊria BC from getting a goal against them. After 20 minutes, Charis Tzanetakis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Moloko and the Nenitoϊria BC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 20 played minutes Moloko got a freekick which was hit by Charis Tzanetakis. After a defensive mix-up in Moloko's zone, Orestis Kalpadakis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Takis Brizolakis came out of the goal and Orestis Kalpadakis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With his leg Theodosis Sfoliatas managed to avoid a goal in the 24thth minute, when Moloko's Vaios Makrigiannis fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thanos Mantarinidis in the 31st minute of play forced Moloko's goalkeeper Takis Brizolakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Theodosis Sfoliatas managed to avoid a goal in the 32ndth minute, when Moloko's Vaios Makrigiannis fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Thanos Mantarinidis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Takis Brizolakis having to interfere. A hard shot 43 in the game by Vaios Makrigiannis from a close distance when the talented Theodosis Sfoliatas managed to make a qualified save. Nenitoϊria BC's players were relieved. Vaios Makrigiannis who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 46thth minute tested the skills of Theodosis Sfoliatas when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Theodosis Sfoliatas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vaios Makrigiannis in the 47th minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vaios Makrigiannis to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Vaios Makrigiannis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Theodosis Sfoliatas. Nenitoϊria BC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vaios Makrigiannis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Kostas Vokolos struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Theodosis Sfoliatas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Moloko. Thanos Mantarinidis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Takis Brizolakis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. 61 minutes into the match, Moloko's goalkeeper Takis Brizolakis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Thanos Mantarinidis. Theodosis Sfoliatas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vaios Makrigiannis's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. When Christos Symeonakis fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Nenitoϊria BC's protests and gave Christos Symeonakis a yellow card for diving instead. After a defensive mix-up in Nenitoϊria BC's zone, Pavlos Zikas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Theodosis Sfoliatas came out of the goal and Pavlos Zikas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanos Mantarinidis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Takis Brizolakis made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Nenitoϊria BC's Pantelis Mamatziolas got a free kick in the 80th minute. Moloko's Vaios Makrigiannis got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vaios Makrigiannis struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Theodosis Sfoliatas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Moloko.
