After a defensive mix-up in Ambelokipoi Fc's zone, Orestis Kalpadakis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sofoklis Tsatsaronakis came out of the goal and Orestis Kalpadakis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Giannis Dimitros hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. In the 9th minute, Orestis Kalpadakis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Ambelokipoi Fc's Sofoklis Tsatsaronakis got control of the ball when Thanos Mantarinidis tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 13th minute, Panos Nalitzis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Nenitoϊria BC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Panos Nalitzis hit a great ball. Theodosis Sfoliatas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charilaos Terzanidis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Ambelokipoi Fc's Charilaos Terzanidis in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The Theodosis Sfoliatas was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. 27 minutes into the game, Ambelokipoi Fc's Dimos Bounias nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Theodosis Sfoliatas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Ambelokipoi Fc's Sofoklis Tsatsaronakis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Ambelokipoi Fc from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Orestis Kalpadakis kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Sofoklis Tsatsaronakis. That made the score 2-1 in the 34 minute of play. Theodosis Sfoliatas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dimos Bounias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th minute Panos Nalitzis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sofoklis Tsatsaronakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 43 minutes into the match, Panos Nalitzis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sofoklis Tsatsaronakis. Ambelokipoi Fc's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Panos Nalitzis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Panos Nalitzis during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Ambelokipoi Fc booed when Nenitoϊria BC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Panos Nalitzis didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 47 played minutes Nenitoϊria BC got a freekick which was hit by Panos Nalitzis. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Charilaos Terzanidis to make the kick off. Charilaos Terzanidis scored 3-2 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Theodosis Sfoliatas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Theodosis Sfoliatas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dimos Bounias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ambelokipoi Fc's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Giorgos Loukas in the 67th minute. A nice corner shot did that Giorgos Loukas got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Theodosis Sfoliatas quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Pantelis Mamatziolas during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 72 played minutes Nenitoϊria BC got a freekick which was hit by Pantelis Mamatziolas. When Orestis Kalpadakis came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Nenitoϊria BC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Orestis Kalpadakis couldn't finish the play. In the 78th minute Orestis Kalpadakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sofoklis Tsatsaronakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sofoklis Tsatsaronakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thanos Mantarinidis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 84th minute, Panos Nalitzis made a precise shot to the right of Sofoklis Tsatsaronakis. Ambelokipoi Fc's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. In the 91st minute, Nektarios Chroniou hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 94th minute, Charilaos Terzanidis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 97 minutes into the match, Ambelokipoi Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Thanos Mantarinidis came free, but Sofoklis Tsatsaronakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Ambelokipoi Fc players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Nenitoϊria BC.
