Giorgos Makrikostas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Timos Velopoulos, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Giorgos Makrikostas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timos Velopoulos in the 11th minute of the match. Vassilis Mantas struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Giorgos Makrikostas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zinedine Zidane club de f. Giorgos Makrikostas came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Zinedine Zidane club de f's Timos Velopoulos. But to his dismay, Timos Velopoulos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Vassilis Mantas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Notis Dimakoglou recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to ΘΥΕΛΛΑ ΧΑΛΚΕΙΟΥ getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Giannis Patrinos hit a great ball. In the 28th minute, Timos Velopoulos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zinedine Zidane club de f fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Giorgos Makrikostas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Notis Dimakoglou, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. 32 minutes into the match, Notis Dimakoglou had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Giorgos Makrikostas. After having played for 40 minutes, Timos Velopoulos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zinedine Zidane club de f's supporters crossed their fingers, but Timos Velopoulos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 42 minutes into the game, Notis Dimakoglou cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Giorgos Makrikostas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Giorgos Makrikostas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Notis Dimakoglou, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Timos Velopoulos made a kick off. When the match had gone on for 64 minutes, Timos Velopoulos took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Giorgos Makrikostas to make any attempt to save it. Zinedine Zidane club de f's Alketas Pesmatzoglou played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Charis Papaikonomou in the 69th minute of play. Charis Papaikonomou charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Charis Papaikonomou the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 73rdth minute of the game Notis Dimakoglou who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ΘΥΕΛΛΑ ΧΑΛΚΕΙΟΥ's Giorgos Makrikostas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alketas Pesmatzoglou showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Charis Papaikonomou, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Nikos Pourliotopoulos kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. The supporters of Zinedine Zidane club de f booed when ΘΥΕΛΛΑ ΧΑΛΚΕΙΟΥ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Giannis Patrinos didn't get a good kick on the ball. ΘΥΕΛΛΑ ΧΑΛΚΕΙΟΥ's defense didn't have a chance, in the 87th minute, when Timos Velopoulos scored to the left of an out of position Giorgos Makrikostas, making the score, 0-6. Notis Dimakoglou's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Giorgos Makrikostas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. Timos Velopoulos kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Zinedine Zidane club de f walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
