César Delgado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nikos Mitsakos having to interfere. STENIKASTRO's defense didn't have a chance, in the 10th minute, when Alexander Fiordelisi scored to the left of an out of position Nikos Mitsakos, making the score, 1-0. STENIKASTRO's Nikos Mitsakos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexander Fiordelisi in the 18th minute of play. 19 minutes into the game, CodeMonkey FC's Terri Esko nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nikos Mitsakos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. After a rather tough play, STENIKASTRO's Kostas Priovolos got a free kick in the 22nd minute. 26 minutes into the match, STENIKASTRO's goal looked a bit too open when César Delgado came free, but Nikos Mitsakos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. CodeMonkey FC's Zethos Beldekas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godfried Laurent in the 30th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, STENIKASTRO's goalkeeper Nikos Mitsakos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alexander Fiordelisi. 34 minutes into the match, STENIKASTRO's goal looked a bit too open when Alexander Fiordelisi came free, but Nikos Mitsakos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zinon Tachtsidis during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 35th minute, Zinon Tachtsidis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by César Delgado in the 40th minute of play forced STENIKASTRO's goalkeeper Nikos Mitsakos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 43rd minute Alexander Fiordelisi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nikos Mitsakos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in CodeMonkey FC's zone, Godfried Laurent stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zethos Beldekas came out of the goal and Godfried Laurent tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 58 minutes into the match, STENIKASTRO's goal looked a bit too open when Joseph Labrie came free, but Nikos Mitsakos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 59th minute, Alexander Fiordelisi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CodeMonkey FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Nikos Mitsakos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alexander Fiordelisi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 72 minutes into the game, CodeMonkey FC's Alexander Fiordelisi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. CodeMonkey FC's Stamatis Periou was substituted for Nasos Kalfopoulos. STENIKASTRO's attentive Telis Dourekas managed to snatch the ball when Stamatis Periou made a throw-in in the 78th minute of the game. Godfried Laurent recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Telis Dourekas's late challenge caught a CodeMonkey FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Telis Dourekas helped the player get up and apologised. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexander Fiordelisi in the 85th minute of play forced STENIKASTRO's goalkeeper Nikos Mitsakos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nikos Mitsakos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juarês Negri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee ended the match the CodeMonkey FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
