After 4 played minutes MindHead FC got a freekick which was hit by Alexandros Valsamis. After 5 played minutes, Highway to Hell's Makis Kanatidis shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tolis Nomikos came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Highway to Hell reached it. Panos Papadimos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thalis Kominatos, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Panos Papadimos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kostas Mouras in the 11th minute. Tolis Nomikos came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Highway to Hell's Loukas Kavalekas. But to his dismay, Loukas Kavalekas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Highway to Hell's Panos Papadimos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thalis Kominatos in the 15th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Highway to Hell's goal looked a bit too open when Thalis Kominatos came free, but Panos Papadimos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Panos Papadimos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thalis Kominatos in the 17th minute of the match. When Makis Kanatidis, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 20 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Tolis Nomikos was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Thalis Kominatos received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Panos Papadimos came out and tried to block the shot, but Thalis Kominatos slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 22nd minute. Panos Papadimos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kostas Mouras in the 25th minute of play. In the 27th minute MindHead FC were awarded a corner. Alexandros Valsamis went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on MindHead FC's corner Loukas Koutsospyros fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Panos Papadimos quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thalis Kominatos in the 31st minute of play forced Highway to Hell's goalkeeper Panos Papadimos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Panos Papadimos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mathieu-Maxim Van Leemputte in the 34th minute. Highway to Hell's Panos Papadimos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eutichios Kanelos in the 35th minute of play. Tolis Nomikos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Loukas Kavalekas, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Byrne John kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. In the 47th minute, Fragiskos Koboropoulos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

MindHead FC's Tolis Nomikos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save MindHead FC from getting a goal against them. Tolis Nomikos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sultan Shalan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Makis Kanatidis got free with Tolis Nomikos in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 94th minute Marinos Tatsis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Panos Papadimos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Makis Kanatidis got free with Tolis Nomikos in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. For all the effort they put into the match, the Highway to Hell players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for MindHead FC.
