Spectators: 8415 (Terracing: 6312, Seating: 1935, VIP seats: 168) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alkinoos Margaritas started the match with the kick off. Paulo Godinho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alkinoos Margaritas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ilias Lazanas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Paulo Godinho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 13th minute Julien Bernardon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iordanis Argyridis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th minute, Dimitris Loukanidis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Paulo Godinho was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Balaban Ergünay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iordanis Argyridis having to interfere. Paulo Godinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alkinoos Margaritas in the 24th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, Kleon Sfakianakis notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of ΚΕΡΑΥΝΟΣ ΔΡΕΠΑΝΟΥ's Paulo Godinho. Paulo Godinho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kleon Sfakianakis in the 29th minute of play forced ΚΕΡΑΥΝΟΣ ΔΡΕΠΑΝΟΥ's goalkeeper Paulo Godinho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ilias Lazanas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulo Godinho having to interfere. Dimitris Loukanidis scored 0-3 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Paulo Godinho, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 35th minute, Alkinoos Margaritas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paulo Godinho didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dimitris Loukanidis went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Balaban Ergünay to make the kick off. The Punisher fans' excitement grew in the 55th match minute when Punisher's Alkinoos Margaritas looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 57 played minutes ΚΕΡΑΥΝΟΣ ΔΡΕΠΑΝΟΥ got a freekick which was hit by Przemyslaw Penkalski. Kleon Sfakianakis scored 0-6 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Paulo Godinho, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The corner led Punisher's Renos Taganikas to fire away a dangerous shot which Paulo Godinho despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Ilias Lazanas took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paulo Godinho. Paulo Godinho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. 69 minutes into the match, ΚΕΡΑΥΝΟΣ ΔΡΕΠΑΝΟΥ's goal looked a bit too open when Dimitris Loukanidis came free, but Paulo Godinho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alkinoos Margaritas in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paulo Godinho prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 72nd match minute, Punisher was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dimitris Loukanidis to maneuver through the defense. Paulo Godinho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alkinoos Margaritas, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. In the 76th minute of the match Punisher got a corner. ΚΕΡΑΥΝΟΣ ΔΡΕΠΑΝΟΥ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Renos Taganikas ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Punisher's corner Renos Taganikas fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Paulo Godinho quite easily take care of the ball. A collision led to ΚΕΡΑΥΝΟΣ ΔΡΕΠΑΝΟΥ getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Balaban Ergünay hit a great ball. Dimitris Loukanidis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 80th minute, Punisher's Kleon Sfakianakis dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-8. Dimitris Loukanidis who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 82ndth minute tested the skills of Paulo Godinho when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 83rd minute Julien Bernardon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iordanis Argyridis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alkinoos Margaritas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Paulo Godinho made a huge save. 1-8 became the score in the 88th minute when Przemyslaw Penkalski elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. A collision led to ΚΕΡΑΥΝΟΣ ΔΡΕΠΑΝΟΥ getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Michalis Saveris hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Balaban Ergünay in the 93rd minute of play forced Punisher's goalkeeper Iordanis Argyridis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alkinoos Margaritas got free with Paulo Godinho in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Punisher's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
