The supporters of OLYMPIOS ZEUS booed when Sireos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eustratios Pechlifanis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sireos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eustratios Pechlifanis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Emilio Eduardov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prokopis Monokrousos having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Sireos FC had played much better football throughout.
