The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in KAFSONAS F.C.'s zone, 邵洲辰 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Telis Ikonomou came out of the goal and 邵洲辰 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Telis Ikonomou showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Babbis Tolias in the 12th minute of the match. 13 minutes had been played when some careless play by KAFSONAS F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Anthimos Nioras was slow to take the kick. During this time ΑΣΤΡΑΧΑΝ's players had a chance to rest. In the 15th match minute, ΑΣΤΡΑΧΑΝ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lauri Virves to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute, Aris Mavreas fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Telis Ikonomou, passed just outside the right post. After a rather tough play, KAFSONAS F.C.'s Themos Tavanidis got a free kick in the 22nd minute. When Kosmas Kouroupetroglou fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KAFSONAS F.C.'s protests and gave Kosmas Kouroupetroglou a yellow card for diving instead. In the 23rd match minute, KAFSONAS F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kosmas Kouroupetroglou to maneuver through the defense. In the 24th minute, Babbis Tolias got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to KAFSONAS F.C. getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Pipis Tzorvas hit a great ball. Telis Ikonomou showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 邵洲辰, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Telis Ikonomou made an important save on a dangerous shot by 邵洲辰 in the 31st minute. Christos Dedes struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Telis Ikonomou didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ΑΣΤΡΑΧΑΝ. After 39 minutes of play, ΑΣΤΡΑΧΑΝ's 邵洲辰 made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Telis Ikonomou was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, KAFSONAS F.C.'s Telis Ikonomou got control of the ball when Aris Mavreas tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as 邵洲辰 kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Telis Ikonomou. That made the score 2-2 in the 43 minute of play. 46 minutes into the game, 邵洲辰 cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Telis Ikonomou was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-2. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Nasos Karagiannos made the kick off in the second half. Iosif Tsoleridis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alexandros Giannou in the 52nd minute. In the 61st minute Anthimos Nioras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Telis Ikonomou saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. KAFSONAS F.C.'s Telis Ikonomou played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 邵洲辰 in the 62nd minute of play. In the 62nd minute, Anthimos Nioras hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, ΑΣΤΡΑΧΑΝ's Valerios Kalioras got a free kick in the 65th minute. In the 65th minute of the match Nasos Karagiannos sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Iosif Tsoleridis skillfully saved the ball. Kosmas Kouroupetroglou was shown his second yellow card after 66 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Kosmas Kouroupetroglou hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. After having played for 67 minutes, 邵洲辰 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ΑΣΤΡΑΧΑΝ's supporters crossed their fingers, but 邵洲辰 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Telis Ikonomou took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Babbis Tolias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the KAFSONAS F.C. defense, Babbis Tolias kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Telis Ikonomou. The KAFSONAS F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Telis Ikonomou should have stopped the shot. 74 minutes into the game, Themos Tavanidis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KAFSONAS F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ΑΣΤΡΑΧΑΝ the free kick. In the 74th match minute, KAFSONAS F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Themos Tavanidis to maneuver through the defense. In the 75th match minute, KAFSONAS F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nasos Karagiannos to maneuver through the defense. Babbis Tolias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dimitris Kosmidis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 92nd minute, 邵洲辰 made a precise shot to the right of Telis Ikonomou. KAFSONAS F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-2. When the referee ended the match the ΑΣΤΡΑΧΑΝ players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
