Nasos Ieronimakis came out of the goal and Trifon Katsoulis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Heitor Castro fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ΑΣΤΡΑΠΗ ΚΛΕΙΤΟΥ's protests and gave Heitor Castro a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to ΑΣΤΡΑΠΗ ΚΛΕΙΤΟΥ getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Heitor Castro hit a great ball. 16 minutes into the match, ΑΘΛΗΤΙΚΗ ΕΝΩΣΗ ΚΩΝΣΤΑΝΤΙΝ's goal looked a bit too open when Heitor Castro came free, but Nasos Ieronimakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. ΑΣΤΡΑΠΗ ΚΛΕΙΤΟΥ's Trifon Katsoulis was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Nasos Ieronimakis in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. ΑΘΛΗΤΙΚΗ ΕΝΩΣΗ ΚΩΝΣΤΑΝΤΙΝ's Nasos Ieronimakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Heitor Castro in the 43rd minute of play. Vassilis Liadelis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stratos Papazoglou, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Stratos Papazoglou made a kick off. 陶青卫 blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vassilis Liadelis having to make a save. In the 55th minute, Trifon Katsoulis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 58th minute of the match, Heitor Castro got a very nice opportunity to score, but Nasos Ieronimakis was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Nasos Ieronimakis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Trifon Katsoulis's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. When ΑΣΤΡΑΠΗ ΚΛΕΙΤΟΥ's Trifon Katsoulis in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A nice corner shot did that Heitor Castro got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Nasos Ieronimakis quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind ΑΘΛΗΤΙΚΗ ΕΝΩΣΗ ΚΩΝΣΤΑΝΤΙΝ's goalkeeper Nasos Ieronimakis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Stratos Papazoglou sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 81st minute, ΑΣΤΡΑΠΗ ΚΛΕΙΤΟΥ's Téo Maciel dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. The ΑΣΤΡΑΠΗ ΚΛΕΙΤΟΥ supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing ΑΣΤΡΑΠΗ ΚΛΕΙΤΟΥ would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
