That made the score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. Manos Konstantinoulis stood somewhat misplaced when Reynaldo Pinos came free in front of goal and shot 2-0 to the left of him in the 22 minute. Skepαrion BC's Manos Konstantinoulis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 邵升西 in the 29th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Giannis Tsigas reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Manos Konstantinoulis. The goal made the score 3-1. 邵升西 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manos Konstantinoulis having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when 邵升西 got free with Manos Konstantinoulis in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 36th minute, Yakov Zinovev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 38 minutes into the match, Skepαrion BC's goalkeeper Manos Konstantinoulis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 邵升西. After some careless play in the Skepαrion BC defense, 邵升西 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Manos Konstantinoulis. The Skepαrion BC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Manos Konstantinoulis should have stopped the shot. THUNDER FC's Giannis Tsigas got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Giannis Tsigas kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Manos Konstantinoulis. That made the score 5-1 in the 48 minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. 邵升西 was the one to do the kick off. Dave Demets kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Manos Konstantinoulis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 邵升西, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. The supporters of Skepαrion BC booed when THUNDER FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dimitris Vamvakousis didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Skepαrion BC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Charilaos Patrianakos hit a great ball. In the 66th minute Giannis Tsigas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manos Konstantinoulis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 68 minutes into the match, Skepαrion BC's goal looked a bit too open when Giannis Tsigas came free, but Manos Konstantinoulis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Manos Konstantinoulis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 邵升西's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. 75 minutes into the match, THUNDER FC's goal looked a bit too open when Takis Voutsas came free, but Vassilis Kakkos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dimitris Vamvakousis took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Manos Konstantinoulis. Manos Konstantinoulis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. THUNDER FC were awarded a corner in the 81th minute after Skepαrion BC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. 邵升西 took the corner. After taking down the ball on THUNDER FC's corner 邵升西 fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Manos Konstantinoulis quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reynaldo Pinos in the 84th minute of play forced Skepαrion BC's goalkeeper Manos Konstantinoulis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Manos Konstantinoulis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iraklis Vlachakis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 92nd minute, Iraklis Vlachakis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The THUNDER FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-1. When the referee ended the match the THUNDER FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
