When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Dimitris Frantzeskos put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Artur Veloso. Tasos Sikalias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marios Sapounas, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Tasos Sikalias came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Original's Konstantinos Kladogennis. But to his dismay, Konstantinos Kladogennis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 47th minute Demis Livaditis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur Veloso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
